Join us for drinks and a dessert demonstration at our model home in Red Hawk, featuring Coppell’s own Chef, Joe Baker! (pretty appropriate name for a chef if I do say so myself). Joe will be creating delectable and beautiful treats for you to snack on as you tour our model in the custom home community, Red Hawk.
Over the past five years, Baker has worked in a number of prestigious hotel restaurants, including Cityzen in Washington, DC; Las Canarias and Ostra on the San Antonio Riverwalk; and the iconic Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. He set up the pastry department at the RK Group; helped open Texas Spice and Spoon Bar and Kitchen; and spent two years as a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Dallas. Additionally, Chef Baker has been featured twice in So Good… the magazine of haute patisserie; was a runner-up on Food Network’s Sweet Genius and King of Cones; and was a semi-finalist in the Starchefs.com 4th Annual International Pastry Competition in New York City.
